The goal of accessibility, which is a shared value among the Bank of Lithuania and other public institutions in a democratic state, is also a key aspect in the design of the new building-city. This is achieved through transparent interior spaces and urban solutions that seamlessly integrate the environment both inside the building and in the public space outside.

This openness is reflected in the building’s ability to adapt to and accommodate new operational models. As such, the new campus of the Bank of Lithuania is designed as a flexible, adaptable structure that can accommodate current needs and potential future growth and evolution of the bank.
